  The restaurant itself is a bit run-down and in need of some attention, paint, repair, but the Thai food is excellent. They offer a weekly luncheon buffet in addition to their menu of Thai favorites, which are available in spicy levels from 1-5, with 5 being extremely hot.

  I usually speak highly of restaurants while reviewing them & look at the bright side of things, but the service that I had received the last time I visited Sawatdee was one of the worst dinning experiences of my life.
  
  I won't rant too much about my experience, but be weary if you're to visit this restaurant with a large party (5 or more people). Our table was neglected and the quality of the food was poor - if not horrible.
  
  We had to watch as the servers sat on their phones, and served other tables with enthusiasm all the while our table was being neglected. We spent close to 2-3 hours waiting for service - Waiting for food, our waiter, and our check.
  
  In the end the tip was a fixed percentage for a large party. (Reasonable, but frustrating at the same time.)
  
  As someone who has worked for a Thai Restaurant... I may have a bias, but I'm sure that any person would agree that no table should ever be neglected or undeserved at a restaurant.

  Food was OK at best. Location is convenient. The restaurant itself is a dump, however and the staff left much to be desired. I'm a pretty relaxed and fair reviewer, but this was probably one of the worst dining experiences I've had in recent memory. Nothing even gave me hope of giving the place another chance. Two stars are for convenience and price.

  Love the food!!! Always torn on what to have this time. Today was the sweet green chicken curry. Large portion and even better flavor. Love that I can picking how spicy I want it.
